DESCRIPTION
The conception of a permanent theater that could house Cirque du Soleil’s artistic needs with a first show that would have a minimum run of six years.
The show was preceeded by four years of negotiations with five Las Vegas casinos before a final deal was struck with Mirage Resorts.
The show featured an ensemble of 70 performers and 35 production/running crew.
After opening in 1993, Mystère is still playing to sold out houses today.
