DESCRIPTION
For more than 1000 performances, featuring 45 artists and a technical crew of 65, this production toured major North American cities. In 1994, it went on to enjoy a six month stay in a specially designed Big Top in Tokyo.
Behind the scenes, the production was supported by 50 trucks, a school and a cafeteria which served nearly 200,000 meals to a cast from 12 nations: a village which blended seemlessly into the artistic vision of Saltimbanco - the roaming street performer.
